The Appalachian Trail, state parks and local caverns are close by for those who want to explore outdoors. Neighboring state parks include Greenbriar, Gambrill, Cunningham Falls and Washington Monument State Parks.
For shoppers, Hagerstown offers outstanding opportunities at the Premium Outlets, Valley Mall and Hagerstown Centre, as well as a large antiques area on Rt. 40.
