Nature Center Meeting Rooms

The Nature Center is open to the public on Saturday afternoons from 2 to 5 p.m. Meetings may not be held in the Nature Center during those hours. These meeting rooms are the most distant from the cabin villages.

Chesapeake Room

• Seats 50 on padded, fabric-covered chairs.
• Screen with overhead and slide projectors
• 80″ LED Screen
• DVD Player available
• Flip chart
• 6’and 8’ tables available for displays
• Piano
• Lectern
• The room can be set up with 5 tables in a seminar format with four chairs on one side and one on each end for a total of 30 attendees.
• Wildlife displays of animals from the mid-Atlantic region

Columbia Room

• Seats 35 on padded, vinyl-covered chairs
• 35” LED TV with DVD player
• White board
• 6’ and 8’ tables available for displays
• Lectern
• The room can be set up with 6 tables in a seminar format with four chairs on one side and one on each end for a total of 36 attendees.
• Wildlife displays
• Kitchenette in the room
